Team Lead Cloud Solutions Architect – AI/ML Infrastructure –

Salary: up to 300k OTE

Our client is a cloud technology company building the next generation of AI infrastructure. Their GPU cloud platform enables organizations to build and scale demanding AI/ML workloads across largescale cloud environments. The company is in hypergrowth, with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and technical excellence.

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to lead and scale the Cloud Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA. You will manage a distributed team of approximately 10 senior CSAs, growing towards 15–20. The role is roughly 80–90% leadership and 10–20% strategic technical and customer involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of senior CSAs across EMEA.

• Own team performance, structure, and organizational development.

• Define how CSA works with Sales, Engineering, Product, and strategic customers.

• Support major customer engagements, architectural discussions, and escalations.

• Maintain strong technical credibility across cloud, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and GPU infrastructure.

This is a player-coach role: primarily a people leader, but technical enough to challenge senior architects and step into complex customer situations when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of leadership experience within Solutions Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar technical organization;

• Proven experience leading and scaling teams of senior/principal-level technical professionals;

• Strong technical foundation in large-scale cloud and distributed infrastructure;

• AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workloads, HPC, or GenAI experience is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate has grown from a strong technical IC into an experienced leader and has operated at the scale and technical complexity found within major hyperscalers or leading AI infrastructure companies.
