    When Doghouse is granted an assignment, the first step is identifying the exact need of the employer.

    • Define the terms and manage expectations

  • Sourcing candidates

    With the approved job spec, we will get to work within our network to source and assess potential candidates.

    • Face to face conversations with every candidate.
    • Technical assessment: Is there a match on skills and knowledge?
    • Drivers assessment: What motivates the candidate and what are they looking for?
    • Environmental assessment: To what extent does a candidate fit within the future environment?
  • Interviewing

    Based on the assessed candidates, a shortlist will be defined meeting client’s conditions

    • The shortlist will be shared and discussed.
    • Interviews will be arranged with suitable candidates.
    • Feedback session both ways – Making sure the process runs smoothly.
  • Matching

    By now the client knows who they want to add to their team. Our responsibility sits in making sure that the offer made is aligned with the wishes and expectations of the candidate. Again, not to waste any time.

    We value long-term relationships with our clients above everything, which means after care is an essential part of our work.
