    Find your next hire with our delivery sprint model

    This is our delivery sprint model. We commit to 6-week sprints with agreed communication flows, progress reporting, and a clear candidate delivery scope.

    • Intake & setup

      Deep dive into role, team, culture, and market. We set expectations, process, and weekly cadence.

      • Immerse in company culture and office visits
      • Stakeholder interviews
      • Assess knowledge of profiles and market
      • Define the terms and manage expectations

    • Sourcing & screening

      20–30 conversations in the first two weeks, leading to 4–6 qualified candidates.

      • Face to face conversations with every candidate.
      • Technical assessment: Is there a match on skills and knowledge?
      • Drivers assessment: What motivates the candidate and what are they looking for?
      • Environmental assessment: To what extent does a candidate fit within the future environment?
    • Interview & pipeline

      Weekly calls to align, share updates, and adjust. Every candidate we send is interview-ready.

      • The shortlist will be shared and discussed.
      • Interviews will be arranged with suitable candidates.
      • Feedback session both ways – Making sure the process runs smoothly.
    • Closing & placement

      We help with candidate motivation, competing offers, and negotiations — to get the hire across the line.

We operate on a success-only basis meaning no upfront costs or retainers. You only pay a fee (fixed or percentage-based) once a candidate is successfully placed, and every hire is backed by a 100% guarantee throughout their probation period.
