Senior Backend Engineer – Golang - Amsterdam - Hybrid - Up to €150k OTE

As a Senior Backend Engineer, there are options in 17 different teams, from roles closely to the infrastructure to building the backend logic of customer facing features. This position is hybrid, based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design, implement, and maintain backend services in Golang

·      Work on systems for billing and monitoring within the platform

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams across cloud infrastructure and security services

·      Focus on system scalability, reliability, and performance for high-load applications

Requirements

·      5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in Golang, with exceptions

·      Proven experience with or readiness to transition into Golang

·      Experience with cloud technologies

·      Familiarity with distributed systems and Kubernetes is a nice to have.

·      Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills

·      Being in the EU. Visa sponsorship is possible.

Compensation and Benefits

·      Base salary between €90,000 and €120,000

·      Performance-based bonus of 25%
