FREELANCE Enterprise IT Project Lead - Process Optimization - Hybrid (Regulated Manufacturing Industry)

My client is an ambitious scale-up in the medical technology industry, looking for an Enterprise IT Project Lead to professionalize the processes surrounding their product, from design and production to field service. You will work within an enterprise IT initiative, reporting directly to senior management, and collaborate closely with architecture, various process owners, and an external implementation partner. The tech stack includes several enterprise systems, for example covering quality management and finance. The main challenge is connecting these systems via APIs and building a scalable architecture, laying the foundation for the company's IT landscape and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Your profile

You have solid experience leading IT and process optimization projects in a regulated manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running.

●           5+ years of experience as an IT Project Lead, Business Process Manager or similar

●           Demonstrable experience with process mapping and optimization

●           Experience with projects in a highly regulated manufacturing industry (medical devices, automotive, pharma); knowledge of CE marking/MDR is a strong plus

●           Pragmatic, hands-on, comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment

●           Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Furthermore

●           Fluent in English

●           Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site

●           Experience with AWS/Azure and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Project details

●           Duration: 6 months with the focus on extension
