Our client is a SaaS e-learning (B2B) company based in Utrecht, building a product focused on performance reviews. They support thousands of SME customers across Europe, and the platform is growing rapidly. To support this growth, they are launching a fifth development team. This new team will focus on building a compensation transparency module within the existing application.

You’ll join an international engineering team of around 12 people in a true startup environment. There are no separate cloud or support teams, engineers take full responsibility. You build it, deploy it to GCP, and run it in production. Expect high ownership, short communication lines, and real impact.

The tech stack is modern and pragmatic. The backend is built with Node.js and TypeScript, with React on the frontend. Everything runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with CI/CD through GitLab.

As Senior Full Stack Developer, you report directly to the CTO. You’ll work across the stack,contribute to architectural decisions, and take end-to-end ownership of features in agrowing and evolving codebase.

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong backend focus with solid Node.js and TypeScript skills
• Comfortable owning features from design to production
• Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms is a plus
• Based in the Netherlands
• Available hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
