In this role you will be leading a team of 20 engineers in a relatively immature environment. The team is building trading systems for different asset markets. The current way of working does not longer match with the ambitions so that means thelong term vision needs to be translated into a new way of doing things
We are looking for someone who has been in a similar role in a software scale-up. Someone who isable to understand the dynamics of a fast growing/chaotic company and is able to bring structureand useful processes in place.
Preferably we are looking for someone for with experience in the trading business, but candidates with experience in data heavy environments are also welcome.
• Experience in a similar leadership role with an engineering background
• Experience with professionalizing dynamic tech environments
• Experience with trading- of data heavy software applications
