Interim Head of Development - Amsterdam - 130 euro's per hour all-in ex BTW

Head of Development - Transformation project - 12 months

Native Dutch is a must have requirement due to the nature of the business

We are looking for a Head of Development with experience in transformation projects. Someone who is available for an interim project for at least 12 months and who has experience with:

• Modernizing
• Experience making architectural decisions
• Managing nearshore teams
• Experience setting up clear delivery
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus

This company is moving to a new software platform that is being used for business-critical systems, mostly for financial processes. You will manage an onsite teams combined with nearshore teams.
