    Client:

    Our client is a healthcare technology company that develops software and sensor-based solutions to monitor residents in care facilities. The platform uses non-intrusive sensors and data analysis to detect changes in behavior and provide caregivers with insights that help prevent incidents and improve the quality of care. They build all the hardware at their office. The company is growing throughout the US, Canada, Germany, and Belgium, and is profitable.

    Role:

    You’ll be leading a team of 5. Most of your responsibilities are hands-on development and owning the architecture. There are some management tasks that will gradually move to a maximum of 30% of your job. On the technical side, you will be active in the whole SDLC, building new features from the ground up. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with the team to build features from the ground up.
    • 1 on 1's.
    • Owning the architecture.
    • Coming up with new initiatives.

    Furthermore:

    • At least 5 years of experience working with JavaScript + experience with Node/React.
    • Experience working with public cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a pré.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team. You don’t have to have lead experience yet, you will gradually move into this role if you don’t have the experience yet.
