Managing Director – 70 FTE – Software – M&A – Energy Domain (must have experience)

We are looking for a candidate with experience as Managing Director/CEO in the energy domain. Preferably someone with experience in software-driven companies.

This company has offices in the Netherlands and abroad. You will be responsible for a business unit focused on energy products for larger companies. The team exists out of 70FTE with roughly 30 engineers. You will be responsible for growing the software business and translate strategy in a clear execution plan.

Compensation:

up to 200K + incentive package such as an exit bonus
