About the company

You'll be joining one of the largest media companies in the Netherlands, with millions of users via TV, radio, and various digital platforms, such as a video-on-demand streaming service. The IT environment is entirely in-house and constantly evolving.
This isn't your average help desk; here, you'll be the company's technical face and have the freedom and responsibility to resolve incidents from start to finish. The tech stack includes a hybrid environment with Windows and Mac, Active Directory and Azure AD, Office 365, JSM (Jira Service Management), and Citrix. You'll support the entire organization and ensure that everyone, from editorial staff to management, can work smoothly.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience at an IT Service Desk within a corporate environment
• Familiar with Office 365, Citrix and Windows 11
• Experience with a ticketing system such as JSM, ServiceNow or TOPdesk is essential
• Experience with user management in Active Directory
• MBO+ or HBO education in an IT field
• ITIL certificate in your pocket
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented and easy to contact
