As a Software Development Consultant, you’ll work on impactful projects, collaborating with top-tier engineers to design and develop scalable backend systems. Using cutting-edge technologies like Kotlin, Java, and Golang, you’ll shape technical solutions from concept to implementation. You’ll be part of an innovative and collaborative environment, participating in bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, where growth and innovation are at the core of everything we do.

Role
  • Design and develop backend systems using modern technologies like Kotlin, Java, or Golang
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including productmanagers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in shaping technical architecture, improving existing systems, and contributing to the technical direction of projects
  • Engage in bi-weekly knowledge-sharing events and contribute to Xebia’s communitydriven culture through blogs, podcasts, or public speaking
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Kotlin, Java, or Golang
  • Experience with backend development and clean code principles
  • Passionate about knowledge-sharing and contributing to the tech community
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English and based in the Netherlands (sponsorship is available).
Package
  • Salary: Up to €75,000
  • Training Budget: €5,000 annually for professional development
  • Mobility Budget: €11,000 for a lease car or additional salary.
  • Tech Gear: €4,000 for IT equipment (laptop and phone).
