As a StaC Software Engineer, you will act as a technical leader, inspiring and guiding teams without direct managerial responsibility. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality and scalable software solutions while managing and aligning with stakeholders across the organization to ensure clarity and shared goals. In this role, you will tackle complex technical challenges and take ownership of the customer onboarding funnel within the KYC domain, driving impactful solutions that transform processes and enhance performance

To excel in this role, you will bring extensive experience in C# and .NET development, a strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and expertise in microservices architecture. You should demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams eCectively, even without formal management responsibilities.Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive innovation and implement transformative solutions.
